Processing Time

Note: Due to a high workload, orders may take slightly longer to dispatch.
Orders placed in May 2026 are currently processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Outside of May 2026, all orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (within Australia): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (within Australia): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days.

Local Pickup

You may choose to pick up your order in person.

Please contact us via online chat or email to arrange and confirm a pickup location.

You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at pawpure.au@gmail.com with your name and order number. We’ll investigate the issue and assist you as soon as possible.
